  • Full Time Professional Self-defense/Taekwondo Instructor and Coach since 1994 
  • President of the Colorado Taekwondo Association
  • Head Coach for the Colorado State Taekwondo Team
  • Elected to Board of Directors of USA Taekwondo
  • President of the Wyoming State Taekwondo Association from 1997-2002
  • Chairman of the Athlete Development Program in the Colorado State TKD Association
  • National Association of State Taekwondo Organizations (NASTO) representative on the USAT Board of Directors
  • Conditioning Strength and Flexibility Coach at Mullen High School since 2004
  • Began TKD Leadership programs in all 3 Elementary Schools of Cody, Wyoming

  • Coached Brian Gallagher to one of the best Demonstration Teams in the World performing at the Olympic Event in Sydney, Australia, the World TKD Championships in Edmonton, Canada, the World TKD Championships in Jeju, Korea, the Opening Ceremonies at several Junior and Senior National TKD Championships and at several State Championships throughout the United States. They have performed live for Pro-Taekwondo on ESPN 
  • Attended the AC and Level 1 CIDP Coaching Seminars 
  • Selected as "Head of Team" for the 1st World Poomse Taekwondo Championships
  • Organizer of the first World Poomse Team Trials Competition in San Diego, California
  • Host of The Colorado State Taekwondo Championship
  • Host of the NCTA Collegiate Team Trials (Team selected represented the USA at the FISU World Collegiate Taekwondo Championships)
  • Host of "Attitude for Gold Taekwondo Classic," a regional tournament that Eagle Spirit Academy has hosted each year since 2000
  • Hosted Poomse Seminar for the Colorado State TKD Association
  • Host of Annual Taekwondo Tournaments
  • Hosted State Championships in Wyoming and Colorado
  • Supported and assisted with the USTU Gold Team program from 1998 and 2000
  • Opened second full-time Taekwondo Academy in Littleton, Colorado in 2002 
  • Business of the Year in Cody, Wyoming in 1995
  • Provided demonstrations for the annual YMCA Kids Day
  • Gave over $6000.00 in scholarships to Black Belt students who graduated from High School, and athletes competing at Junior and Senior Nationals. This money was provided through ESAPO (Eagle Spirit Academy Parent Organization, which is a 501c3 non-profit-organization that helps people in need of finances to cover expenses for college, tournament or training classes.
  • Raised over $85,000.00 for Athlete Development through ESAPO
